Our primary objective is to equip our management trainees with a comprehensive understanding of every role and function within our company. We not only train them in sales and customer service, but also extensively in human resources, finance, leadership, management, and client relations on a broader scale.

The core focus of this training is to develop our trainees from sales-oriented positions into managerial roles in the near future. This could involve continuing to work with us in the Houston area to help drive growth with our current clients, or potentially taking on the responsibility of managing a new client account.

Another avenue for growth is leading the expansion into new markets by acquiring and overseeing brand-new client relationships. We have successfully employed this strategy several times over the company's nine-year history, resulting in our current office locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Missouri. The overarching goal is to continually grow and expand our business, which we achieve exclusively by promoting talent from within our organization.

We offer immersive internships that provide hands-on experience in marketing and management for individuals pursuing their degrees. Interns have the opportunity to meet with clients, develop customer acquisition skills, and gain firsthand knowledge of the marketing industry while earning academic credit. Based on their performance, qualified interns are often offered full-time positions after graduation.

Many of our top interns come from local colleges in the Greater Houston area, including University of Houston, Rice University, Texas Southern University and North American University. Internships are available year-round during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

 Our core business is providing outsourced sales representation for leading telecommunications and clean energy companies. We serve as the face-to-face sales force for these major corporate clients, interfacing directly with retail customers. 

 We offer a multi-faceted training approach, blending traditional classroom instruction with hands-on skills development and field-based learning. In our nine years in business, our team has consistently earned industry accolades, a point of immense pride that is central to our award-winning company culture.
